Jaco obtained his B.Com Honours degree from UPE (now Nelson Mandela University) in 1996 and completed his SAICA articles at Ernst and Young in Port Elizabeth, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 1999. He has worked in various fields, including 16 years as a senior lecturer, specialising in IFRS, and four years as managing director in a national training and B-BBEE consulting company. He is married to Annemarie and has two daughters, Alexa and Layla.

Annemarie completed her doctoral degree in Psychology at the University of Port Elizabeth (now Nelson Mandela University) in 2004. She has experience in many different fields on a national and international level, including, lecturing, institutional research, funded research projects, publishing numerous articles in scholarly journals, managed a training company and is currently working as HR Manager at TDP Port Elizabeth. Annemarie is married to Jaco and has two daughters, Alexa and Layla.

Debbie is a dedicated professional and proud mother of two, with over two decades of experience in the accounting industry. As a SAIPA member and B-BBEE verification agent, she brings expertise in systems implementation, quality control, and training to businesses. Debbie earned her SAIPA (SA) qualification in 2001 and achieved her Independent Review certification in 2017. Over the past 18 years, she has maintained an impressive 100% pass rate for her learners on the SAIPA learnership program, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in training and development.
Monique van Willing

Receptionist and Office Manager
Monique joined TDP PE in 2024 as a secretarial administrator, leveraging her diverse background in healthcare, animation, and tourism. Armed with a degree in dietetics and currently pursuing a masters, she brings a unique blend of skills to our team. Monique is dedicated to her role, ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. With her commitment and versatility, she is ready to contribute to the efficiency and collaborative spirit at TDP.
Theresa Jansen

Theresa joined TDP during 2016 at the Somerset West branch while still studying part-time towards her B.Compt Financial Accounting degree through UNISA and completing her SAIPA articles. She joined the Theron du Plessis Port Elizabeth team in 2021 as our team manager who works with the director to manage a successful client portfolio and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
San-Mari Breytenbach

San-Mari Breytenbach

SAIPA Clerk
San-Mari obtained her B.Com Managerial Accounting degree from Akademia in 2022. She joined the TDP team in January 2023 and is currently completing her SAIPA articles. San-Mari has 6 years of working experience in the hospitality industry, after obtaining her B.Com Hospitality Management degree from Stenden South Africa in 2017. San-Mari is passionate about people and focussed on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Amila Thys

Amila matriculated in 2019 at Riebeek College Girls High School in Uitenhage. She started studying at Nelson Mandela University in 2020, and is still studying towards her B.Com Accounting (General) Degree. She hopes to complete her degree soon, so she can proceed with her SAIPA articles. Amila's goal is to become registered as a Professional Accountant with SAIPA.

Nobuhle graduated in 2017 from the Nelson Mandela University with a diploma in Accounting. Nobuhle is a versatile team player since she has working experience from numerous previous roles. Nobuhle is hardworking and provides guidance to junior clerks in her role as Payroll Supervisor.

Monré graduated as an accountant after completing his B.Com Accounting degree at Nelson Mandela University in 2021. Thereafter he was employed as a junior bookkeeper at Gravity Accounting Solutions. One year later, he started his journey at TDP Accountants Port Elizabeth as a SAIPA Clerk with a long-term goal of being a professional accountant.
Maurice Millard

Maurice joined the TDP team in February 2021, after obtaining his B.Com General Accounting degree. His dedication and leadership skills empowered him to become supervisor for all SARS tax reviews. Maurice offers training and guidance to all junior clerks in this capacity.

Monré matriculated and was Headboy at Despatch High School in 2016. He obtained his B.Com General Accounting degree from Nelson Mandela University in 2020 and is currently in the process of completing his SAIPA articles. Monré joined the TDP team in November 2021, after working for an accounting firm for 9 months. He offers training and assistance to all junior clerks in the capacity of VAT supervisor.
JP Lategan

JP Lategan

JP began high school at Framesby Hoërskool but transferred to Pearson High School, where he matriculated in 2022. An enthusiastic sportsman, he excelled in first-team rugby and earned EP colours for athletics. In June 2023, JP commenced his role as an accounting clerk at TDP PE.

Connor matriculated in 2015 from Despatch High School. He graduated as a Financial Manager after completing his diploma at Nelson Mandela University.
Andre George

Andre George

SAIPA Clerk
André completed his high school career at Groendal Secondary School, in the Franschhoek valley. He thereafter pursued his Diploma in Accountancy at Cape Peninsula University of Technology and graduated in 2021. During this period, he played an extensive role as peer mentor for first year accounting students. He is currently in the process of completing his SAIPA articles to register as a Professional Accountant with SAIPA.
Delron De Wet

Delron matriculated from Grey High School in 2019. He is currently still studying towards his BCom Accounting (General) degree at NMU. He hopes to become a professional accountant by completing his SAIPA articles. His goal is to become a well-rounded professional in the accounting field.

Erin works as an accounting clerk at TDP PE and is currently completing her BCom Accounting (General) degree. She hopes to complete her studies, start her SAIPA articles, and become a professional accountant. She enjoys working with people. She is very passionate about her growth as an individual and her career.

Kayleigh matriculated from Alexander Road High school in 2017 and completed her BCom General Accounting Degree at Nelson Mandela University in 2023. She is currently doing her internship at TDP and hopes to start with SAIPA articles soon.

Aldolette successfully completed her Higher Certificate in Accounting Science in 2022 through UNISA and is currently pursuing a BCom degree in Management Accounting. Aldolette is passionate about her career and plans to commence her SAIPA articles, aspiring to become a qualified Professional Accountant.

Shafiek completed his matric year in 2018 at Westville Senior Secondary School in Port Elizabeth. He started pursuing his BCom Accounting (General) degree at Nelson Mandela University in 2019. Shafiek is determined to become a SAIPA-qualified professional accountant and advance his career in the field.
